Prof. Christopher Olufunsho Boyejo, is a Professor of Management Accounting who is a consummate and proven leader offering over 35 years of rich experience in Operational Management, Team Leadership, Process Improvements, Human Resources Management, Group Dynamics, International Diplomacy, Financial Management, Marketing, Health Care and Health Management across Manufacturing, Construction and service industries. Incisive experience in analyzing requirements of clients, giving independent and objective advice and recommendations on essential business strategies, such as operational structure, financial planning and marketing; with leveraged skills in assisting in optimization of clients operations and processes as per their company strategy; helping clients define and outline a process led roadmap to achieve their vision.

He has the merit of being awarded Certificate of Honor by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) during the mandatory service to the nation and for meritorious services to the Oyo State government of Nigeria during the service year of 1983/1984. Mr. Alexander Karikari is a man that is proficient in computerized financial management techniques; data analytics, statistics and tools of appraising business and financial information. He is skilled in corporate leadership dynamics, customer relationship management and possesses an eagle eye for long-term financial and investment management.

He is an authority in entrepreneurial development and has over the years navigated so many intrinsic entrepreneurial goals in Africa and beyond. Mrs. Edun is an expert in Administration and a HR generalist with over 15 years experience. Mr. Billy Benjamin holds a degree in Housing and Management and also in Business Finance. He’s a hardworking and self-motivated person who’s highly experienced and well sought for in the housing and project management business in the United Kingdom. He is an adept in problem-solving scenarios, who is equally capable of working on his own initiative. He has a magnetic personality; approachable and has the ability of resolving problems effectively. Mr. Benjamin is a man who is always professionally driven and used to delivering a quality service in all perspectives. He is an effective communicator and very experienced in all the gamut of project monitoring, inspectorate, time management and ability to work well under pressure; he’s a good team player and a problem-solver. He moved away from journalism and established himself in the business world as a consultant of distinction. He has over 20 years post qualification. Industrial Labour Relations and Human Resources Management and the best student during his period at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. He also holds a B.Sc degree in Business Administration with Second Class Upper Division.


ADEBAYO was a renowned Banker for 17 years and worked in various capacities within the Banking industry such as Relationship Officer, Head Cash Center & Head of Operations.
He has also worked as Head of Operations in Trust Link Nigeria Limited & Lifters Empowerments which are NGOs within a short period of time. He is a top class professional combining technological tools with competence and integrity; a team player in any organized working environment for skills development and attainment or achievement of corporate goals.
Mr Okusanya is a versatile professional with appreciable degree of the importance of forming a holistic relationship in any organization. His experience over the years has placed him to be an expert in handling logistics, protocols and working with the Executive Management.

Mrs Olabisi Adejoke Talabi is a pragmatic financial and versatile expert. She obtained B.Sc Degree in Accounting from the prestigious Lagos State University and also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountant (ICMA).
She has over 15 years industrial experience as a Banker; from there she moved to various other sectors of the Nigerian economy. She worked last as the Head of Accounts Department in a financial services company.
Olabisi is a result driven person with excellent communication skills with a passion for excellence and working smart. She’s creative, diligent, self-disciplined, self-motivated and a good team player. She’s known as “integrity personified”. She’s determined to bring her wealth of experience to make WEDO a financially sustainable organization, while pledging her total loyalty to the entity.

Miss Ekanza is a graduate with MBA, BBA and postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from Cape Coast University,Ghana. She has worked in several institutions such as Barclays Bank as an Assistant Manager in directing and managing the tellers and loan officers. While devoted to hard work, she still serves her community by supporting rural women activities and fundraising. She has good interpersonal skills, dedicated with comprehensive background in providing professional support and excellent problem solving skills. This opportunity will help her to put ahead her expertise in management for the progress of Africa and the betterment of the human race.

Mr. Samuel Kpodoh

Mr. Samuel Kpodoh is a Swiss/Ghanaian citizen who is widely traveled and a consummate African and with wide interests in world politics. He is a Laboratory Chemist with a Master’s degree with over 35 years experience in various callings. He has over 33 years experience as a Football Refree with the Swiss Football Association and was celebrated as the First Black Football Manager in Switzerland. He received an award in 2012 from the State President of Zurich. He is proficient in English, German and speak his mother’s tongue: Ewe, Twi and Ga. He has distinguished himself in various in other callings around the world. Mr. Kpodoh will bring his wealth of experience to the service of the VC in particular and WEDO in general.

Mr. Oluwafemi Fadeyi

Mr. “Femi Fadeyi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater Arts from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria. He’s a thoroughbred Human Resources person who can be safely described as a “people oriented person”. He has worked with Human Resources and Organizational Development planning and is experienced in ensuring that all employee related costs are within the bond of organizational budget. He has championed many successful manpower developments in several organizations over the years. Mr. ‘Femi Fadeyi is an experienced educational management professional who is well versed in educational planning, curriculum development and management of facilitators for training conferences. Here is an achiever who is skilled in developing project plans, communication documents and handling project translation and expectations into actual; handling of project timelines; experienced in identifying human resources variables, tracking human resources timelines and milestones, developing capacity building for employees. He has monitored the task delivery for all team leads to ensure compliance and implementations; provided top level support to HR in maintaining people, process, project operations and corporate planning. Miss Ntombizodwa A Skosana is a versatile and multitalented lady of immense capability. She is a special lady who went through train driving and she did it with distinction in Pretoria. He attended Lugansk State Medical University, Lugansk, Ukraine and also did B.Sc. in Microbiology. His areas of proficiency consist of strong interest in pediatrics medicine, music and adventure. 2. Project Management: Lead and oversee a portfolio of special projects designed to promote economic development in Africa. This includes defining project goals, establishing timelines, managing resources, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and businesses operating in Africa. Develop partnerships and collaborations to advance the organization’s goals.

4. Policy Development: Stay updated on African economic policies and regulations. Provide insights and recommendations to shape policy advocacy strategies that align with the organization’s mission.

7. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of professionals and experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members working on African initiatives.

8. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators to track the success of projects and initiatives. Regularly assess the impact of the organization’s work in Africa and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

9. Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the CEO, the Board of Directors, and external partners. Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to the African projects.

10. Advocacy and Outreach: Act as an ambassador for the organization in Africa, representing its values and objectives to the public, media, and at various events and conferences. Advocate for the organization’s mission on national and international stages.
