ORDER OF PRECEDENCE/SENIORITY

Subject to the Organogram drawn by the Head of HR & Administration, which she did under my guidance and directive and which have been duly published on the website of the International Headquarters.

I give below the order of precedence and seniority in our Organization below in hierarchical order:

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Prof. Christopher O. Boyejo

2. Vice President- Mr Olusiji Akinbola

3. Head of Human Resources & Administration- Mrs Bukola C. Edun

4. Ambassador at Large & Strategist- Mr Alex Karikari

5. Head of Board of Regents & Regent for Southern Africa- Mrs Shirley Naboue

6. D.I.P.M- Mr. Billy Benjamin

7. Chief Financial Officer- Mrs Olabisi Talabi

8. Head of Internal Audit- Miss Camille Ekanza

9. All Regents: West Africa, East Africa & North Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa. North Africa is merged with East Africa in the interim:
     A. Head, Board of Regents & Southern Africa- Mrs Shirley Naboue

     B. Regent for East & North Africa- Mr. Michael Athow

     C. Regent for Central Africa- Dr. Fatima Ella-Ba

NOTE:

1. In the absence of the CEO and the Vice President, the next senior person is the Head of Human Resources & Admin, Head, Board of Regents or Ambassador at Large & Strategist. For administrative exigencies, the next senior person in the absence of the CEO and the Vice President shall be the Head of HR and Admin. 
2. The HHR & A, Head of Board of Regents and the Ambassador at Large & Strategist are on the same level, but the HHR & A is 2 notches above the Head of Board of Regents and the Ambassador at Large & Strategist.

3. The Ghana Region will be reporting to the VP along the reporting channels.

4. All the Exco members: CFO, D.I.P.M, Head of Internal Audit, Head of Media & Public Affairs All Regents, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head Of Logistics & Supply, Head of R & D, etc. are all on the same level and are expected to have staff relationship in their interactions

5. All Deputy Regents are next in line in the hierarchy

6. The Training & Development Manager is on the same level as the Deputy Regents.

7. All the CMs are the last in line in the Management structure

8. When operation starts, the Deputy Regents will be removed from the Exco platform

9. Botht the Deputy Regents and the CMs can be invited to the Exco when the need arises
